Please read these terms carefully before engaging London Creative Ltd for any services. By commissioning work from us, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

London Creative Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Company registration number: 12167955. VAT number: GB333245329. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to London Creative Ltd.

2. Quotes and Proposals

All quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quote does not constitute a contract. A project commences only upon receipt of a written confirmation and deposit payment.

3. Payment Terms

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

• A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before production begins
• The remaining balance is due within 30 days of delivery of the final deliverable(s)
• Day-rate projects are invoiced after each shoot day and are due within 14 days
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

4. Revisions

Our standard projects include up to four rounds of revisions following delivery of the first edit. A revision round is defined as a consolidated set of feedback provided in a single communication. Additional revision rounds beyond four will be charged at our standard edit day rate of £350 per day.

5. Intellectual Property

All footage, photographs, audio and other materials created by London Creative Ltd during a project remain our intellectual property until final payment is received in full. Upon receipt of full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the final delivered materials for the purposes agreed in the project brief.

We reserve the right to use any footage or images produced for you in our portfolio, showreel and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information in your brief
• Obtaining any necessary permissions, licences or releases for locations, talent, music or third-party materials you supply
• Ensuring key personnel are available on agreed shoot days
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within the timescales agreed

7. Cancellation

If you cancel a confirmed project:

• More than 14 days before the shoot: deposit is non-refundable but no further charges apply
• Within 14 days of the shoot: 75% of the total project fee is payable
• Within 48 hours of the shoot: 100% of the total project fee is payable

We reserve the right to cancel a project in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, equipment failure, illness, or acts of God. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and work with you to reschedule.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued engagement with our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
